Small Group Training

Are you interested in a social, fun, and supportive way to get in shape? Each session includes variety and the workouts will change and evolve as you progress which will prevent the dreaded plateau and boredom. You will also find you are more motivated as you have the support from Certified Personal Trainer, Nicole and also the benefits of exercising beside someone who can push you a little harder or encourage you to keep going.  These sessions are also fun – yes fun! – with positive people, great exercises, and upbeat music to keep you focused and motivated.

Groups are capped at 5 people so you still get personal attention from a trainer but also the benefits of working out in a group. Our sessions are challenging, social, positive and effective.
