After I had my daughter Alison, I really craved being active as well as getting out of the house and hanging out with other Moms! This type of class allows you to bring your kiddos (6 weeks-school aged) to your workout.

They can sleep in the carseat, roll around on their blanket, or play with other little ones, while you workout! Win win! If your kiddo just wants Mommy, they make great weights too. 😉

We also have a ‘excersaucer’ and some play mats your little one can use. These classes are designed to keep your postpartum body in mind. Whether you are newly postpartum or have older kiddos, you can feel confident that you are getting a workout that is safe, effective, and will get you stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever before. You go, Mama! What a great example you are!

These classes are flexible, meaning if your little one is crying and you need to stop and nurse, change a diaper, etc. – no problem! Just join when you are able! Contact us for more information.
