Check in sessions are 30 minutes long and can be done over skype or in person at the studio. It can be helpful to be accountable to someone and have someone encouraging you as you work towards your goals. Sometimes meeting with a friend or trying to get your boyfriend or spouse to help you, doesn’t always work. You want to surround yourself with others who are striving for the same goal.

Chat with Nicole about your goals and create a plan with her to achieve these goals. Once you have a plan in place, meet with Nicole as you go through your weight loss journey. You can choose to meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Nicole wants to help you succeed and has personally struggled with her weight in the past but now she is set up to keep it off and has a good workout and nutrition plan. Struggling with sweets in the office? Did you workout today and realized you could lift a heavier weight? Did you put on those jeans that you have been working towards fitting? Nicole loves to help give you tips and also celebrate those milestones with you! Sometimes it’s overwhelming or hard to believe in yourself – Nicole will be your biggest cheerleader.
